Tracking: UPS tracking is working for one reference number at a time, we are working on mutliple tracking for UPS numbers.
As per Customs Circular No. 9/2010, all all shipments "sent from or received in to India" need KYC documents (Government recognized Identity & Address proof) to be presented to Customs during shipment clearance. Absence of these documents will lead to delays in clearance as packages will go into Customs Bond until KYC documents are provided by the shipper or consignee based in India. There will be no clearance and forwarding without KYC forms. Please note we need to have the forms duly filled, signed and photographs need to be attached for every customer.
